How to Get Your Xfinity Mobile Account Number and Transfer PIN

Xfinity Mobile may call the transfer PIN a Security PIN, port-out PIN, or transfer PIN.
🔒 Protect your transfer information: Your account number and transfer PIN can be used to move your phone number. Only give them to the carrier you are intentionally switching to. Never send them to TapHelp, an unexpected caller, text sender, or anyone claiming they need to “verify” your account.
Find your Xfinity Mobile account number
- Check your Xfinity Mobile bill or account information.
- The account number is normally shown on your statement or in your account.
Get the Security PIN online
- Sign in to Xfinity Mobile using the Primary or Manager Xfinity ID.
- Open Devices.
- Select the phone number you want to transfer.
- Scroll to Transfer your number, cancel this line.
- Select Learn More, then Get Started.
- Complete the one-time-code verification.
- Choose where to receive the Security PIN and send it to your phone.
In the Xfinity app
- Open Services.
- Choose Mobile Lines and Data Usage.
- Select the mobile number.
- Tap Transfer or cancel this line.
- Tap Get started and verify your identity.
- Request the PIN by text.
Xfinity Mobile Security PINs are temporary and are generally valid for 7 days. Keep your line active until the transfer completes.
