How to Get Your Mint Mobile Account Number and Transfer PIN

If you are leaving Mint Mobile and keeping your phone number, you will need your Mint account number and Port Out PIN.
🔒 Protect your transfer information: Your account number and transfer PIN can be used to move your phone number. Only give them to the carrier you are intentionally switching to. Never send them to TapHelp, an unexpected caller, text sender, or anyone claiming they need to “verify” your account.
Get your account number and Port Out PIN
- Open the Mint Mobile app or Mint’s website.
- Use Mint’s support chat / Fox Bot or contact Customer Care.
- Ask for your account number and Port Out PIN.
- Complete the identity-verification steps.

Before you switch
- Keep the Mint line active.
- Write down the account number and PIN exactly.
- Use the billing ZIP code on your Mint account when the new carrier asks for it.
