Ask TapHelp for Members
Members can send an everyday technology question and receive personalized, easy-to-follow written guidance. For example: “My iPhone won’t connect to my car,” “How do I move my photos?” or “Why does this message keep appearing?”
Never send passwords, PINs, verification codes, Social Security numbers, banking passwords, or other sensitive account information.
Membership does not include unlimited phone calls, live video support, in-person service, or emergency support unless TapHelp offers one of those services separately in the future.
