How to Get Your Google Fi Account Number and Transfer PIN

Google Fi provides the account number and transfer PIN together when you tell Fi that you are moving your number to another carrier.
🔒 Protect your transfer information: Your account number and transfer PIN can be used to move your phone number. Only give them to the carrier you are intentionally switching to. Never send them to TapHelp, an unexpected caller, text sender, or anyone claiming they need to “verify” your account.
Get your transfer information
- Open the Google Fi app or sign in to Google Fi on the web.
- Open the Account tab.
- Select Manage plan.
- Scroll down and choose Leave Google Fi.
- Follow the prompts and choose Transfer your number to another carrier.
- After confirming, look for the cancellation-pending message.
- Select Get Transfer Info to see your account number and transfer PIN.
Google Fi says an unused transfer PIN expires after 14 days. Do not pause Fi service during the number transfer, and keep service active until the new carrier activates your number.
