How to Get Your Consumer Cellular Account Number and Transfer PIN

To move your number from Consumer Cellular, your new carrier will ask for your account number and the current PIN or transfer credential Consumer Cellular has on file.
🔒 Protect your transfer information: Your account number and transfer PIN can be used to move your phone number. Only give them to the carrier you are intentionally switching to. Never send them to TapHelp, an unexpected caller, text sender, or anyone claiming they need to “verify” your account.
Find your Consumer Cellular account number
- Check the upper-right area of your Consumer Cellular invoice.
- Or sign in to My Account and open your Profile or account information.
Get or confirm the transfer PIN
- Call Consumer Cellular at 888-345-5509.
- Tell the representative you are transferring your phone number to another carrier.
- Ask them to confirm the account number and the exact PIN / port-out information your new carrier should use.
- Complete identity verification.
Keep the Consumer Cellular line active until your new carrier confirms the port is finished.
